WattsNext? - A Game for the Energy Transition
As part of the ENZo graduate school, we are developing a parlor game on the energy transition. With fun and games you can gain insight into the different technologies that can bring us to a climate-neutral energy system.
On June 24 and 25, our game was once again allowed to present itself to a broad public. As part of the KIT tents of the Science City, enthusiastic children, families and adults were able to demonstrate their skills in implementing the energy transition. In the process, many great conversations around the topic of energy, sustainability and the energy system arose.
Events pageAt the KIT Open Day on 17.06.23 we were able to demonstrate our game to a wide public audience for the first time. In the tent of the Center for Energy, people of all ages could get an insight into a changing energy system. We are looking forward to all those who continue to follow our developments.
Events pageHow do our fellow researchers react to our WattsNext? prototype? We could answer this question at the Helmholtz Energy Conference from 12th to 13th of June, 2023 in Koblenz. With a poster and two game tables we were able to exchange with many people from different research areas. We received a lot of enthusiasm, fun and broad interest in our project.
