About us

Hello and welcome to our board game project on the energy transition!

We are a team of doctoral students, all of whom are part of the Graduate School "Enabling Net Zero" (ENZo) at the Center for Energy at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. 

Our Story:

Within this program, all the PhD students participating came together to realize real world projects, something tangible to connect science with reality. And what did we decide? We decided to invest our efforts and knowledge in creating a board game on the energy transition!

Why a Board Game?

That's because we all come from different backgrounds. Some of us are physicists, others are environmental and behavioral economists, some have studied materials science, and some are chemical engineers. This means we can bring many different perspectives and ideas to this game. 

Our diversity in backgrounds and skills allows us to incorporate many different concepts and topics into the game. Our goal is to make the complex interconnections of the energy transition understandable and enjoyable for you.
